About The Position

s seeking a senior-level DevOps Engineer to lead and sustain AWS-based infrastructure supporting high-availability, mission-focused systems. This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership-level experience, and the ability to operate in highly secure environments.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship Required
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 14+ years of experience (or 12+ years with a related Master’s degree)
• Current Security+ CE certification

Nice To Haves

• Advanced AWS infrastructure design (EC2, Lambda, S3, SNS, SQS, Step Functions)
• AWS networking architecture (VPCs, NAT, gateways)
• CI/CD pipeline architecture and automation
• Kubernetes platforms (EKS, ECS, Fargate)
• System reliability engineering and infrastructure troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain cloud-native, microservices-based platforms
• Lead Infrastructure as Code development and automation efforts
• Maintain RHEL compliance, patching, and system hardening
• Deploy and optimize Kubernetes, Docker, NiFi, and cloud monitoring tools
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Argo CD
• Oversee AWS infrastructure reliability and performance
• Collaborate with engineers, leadership, and mission partners
