About The Position

We are looking for a skilled and motivated DevOps Administrator / Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in infrastructure as code, UNIX scripting, monitoring and logging tools, cloud computing, and deep understanding of the DevOps lifecycle. This role involves managing CI/CD infrastructure, troubleshooting infrastructure challenges, and fostering a culture of automation and collaboration.

Requirements

Proficiency with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools
Strong scripting skills in UNIX/Linux environments
Experience with monitoring and logging tools
Solid understanding of cloud computing platforms
Comprehensive knowledge of DevOps lifecycle and best practices
Strong troubleshooting skills for Linux-based application deployments
Expertise in containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes)
Experience working with CI/CD tools and automated pipelines
Understanding of networking and security in containerized environments
Proven experience with containerization technologies such as OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes
Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent
Good knowledge of networking, security, and resource management in containerized and cloud environments
Excellent problem-solving skills and detail orientation
Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain CI/CD pipeline infrastructure ensuring availability, performance, and automation
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues effectively
Collaborate with the development team to create and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines following agile methodologies
Work with infrastructure teams to design and implement secure automated deployment pipelines across testing environments
Maintain and monitor OpenShift and container orchestration platforms to ensure high availability, security, and reliability
Partner with cloud engineering teams to troubleshoot and optimize OpenShift container performance and management
Automate DevOps processes and implement checks to improve efficiency and consistency
Promote a DevOps culture emphasizing automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement throughout the organization
