This role is designed for an individual who brings energy, a willingness to learn, and the capacity to quickly acquire new skills—someone we can develop to meet the evolving needs of our Central Engineering technology development teams. Responsibilities

  • Implement and validate advanced TCAD simulation models to support new Analoge and BCD power device projects, contributing to improved simulation efficiency and project outcomes and to reduce the existing gap between simulation and Silicon.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve reliability challenges in advanced BCD nodes, driving enhancements in device performance and manufacturability.
  • Apply machine learning and AI-driven optimization methods to improve processes and device characteristics, supporting yield and uniformity improvements.
  • Drive innovation by critically analyzing device performance data and implementing improvements to enhance reliability, yield, and manufacturability across advanced BCD power technologies. Contribute to the industry and elevate the company’s profile through high-quality publications and presentations at leading conferences.
  • Demonstrate professional growth through active participation in key projects and, where appropriate, mentoring or supporting colleagues within the team.
  • Participate in technology development workflows, helping to streamline qualification and release processes for new products.
