You will be a Developmental Therapist working in the Early Intervention Program. You set your own schedule and decide how much you would like to work. As a member of our clinical team, you will become an integral part of each of your patient's services team. Being a part of our clinical team, you will have the opportunity to closely interact with other clinicians of our lively team, learn how to become a remarkable therapist and master your job responsibilities, which include: A Developmental Therapist (DT) works with infants and toddlers (birth to age 3) and their families to support growth in cognitive, communication, motor, social-emotional, and self-help skills, often through early intervention programs. Key duties include assessing developmental needs, creating Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), modeling developmental activities with children, educating parents, and collaborating with other professionals (like OTs, SLPs) to help children reach milestones and navigate challenges in natural settings like homes or daycare.
