Magic for our Guests with Developmental and Intellectual disabilities. As an American Training Developmental Specialist, you will positively impact the lives of our Guests in our Lowell Day Program. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
Requirements
- At least one year experience working with similar population.
- Ability to demonstrate a sense of empathy, patience, and compassion.
- Satisfactory CORI and DDS fingerprinting.
- Valid State driver's license (required).
Responsibilities
- Work cohesively with team members to establish individual goals based off each Guests interest.
- Create and facilitate activities which promote the goals, needs, and desires of each Guest.
- Maintains a regular caseload ensuring all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
