About The Position

As a Development Program Associate, you will: Start in Customer Experience : Gain an in-depth understanding of our brand and customer by working directly in our Customer Experience team. You'll handle customer interactions, analyze feedback, and collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues. Engage with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with teams like Marketing, Operations, Product Development, and Sales to see how they contribute to the overall customer journey. Participate in Special Projects : Support key initiatives that impact our business, allowing you to showcase your skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities. Develop Leadership Skills : Receive mentorship, training, and regular feedback to help you grow personally and professionally. Requirements
