About The Position

In this developmental role, you will be empowered to gain a deep understanding of all aspects of our metal building systems, our business model, and all the skills necessary to be a successful District Sales Manager. Hands-on Learning: Attend monthly workshops covering various topics with other DDSMs from around the country. This role requires monthly travel. Self-Study: Demonstrate initiative and dedication to learning by utilizing the vast number of materials to familiarize yourself with sales strategies, structural design, profitability and more. Department Rotations: Sales at NBG is a team effort. Spend time in each department to learn what our products are, how they are made, who makes them, and who they’re made for. Witness the complete process from conception to finished product first-hand. Mentoring and Shadowing: When training to become a DSM, there might be no one better to spend time with than the DSMs themselves. Travel to builders, converse with, and learn from the teammates currently covering sales territories. Upon completion of the approximate 12-month DDSM program, this job requires commitment to relocate into an assigned sales territory, have a valid driver's license and provide proof of insurance.
