The position involves providing ongoing training for staff, scheduling staff hours, recording compensatory time, and arranging necessary coverage for all shifts in conjunction with the leads. The role requires covering shifts as necessary and being on-call and available as needed, participating in a rotating on-call schedule. Additionally, the position includes assisting in maintaining documents in personnel records, reviewing program books and clients' programs to ensure accuracy and completion, and assisting the Program Manager with financial matters of the clients, including petty cash, charge accounts, and requests for reimbursements. Other duties may be assigned by the Program Manager.
