About The Position

Wellness RN A Great Opportunity /Full Time/ $70,000~$80,000 per year At ViaQuest Community Solutions we provide unique, individualized and quality support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. Responsibilities may include: Serve as a member of the interdisciplinary team Assess and care for individuals in their residence Assure the health and safety of all individuals and promote his/her self-esteem Assist in employee development and site training of peers as requested Assist individual in learning appropriate self-care techniques Development, oversight and maintenance of the wellness coordination plan under the direct supervision of the assigned RN Responsible for the supplementation of nursing care needs of the individuals served as directed by the appropriate RN.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Indiana RN license.
• Acceptable background check
• Auto Insurance
• Valid Driver's License that meets company insurance guidelines.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
• Possess a sincere desire to provide service and support to those in need
• Ability to make sound judgements

Nice To Haves

• Preferably has experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities
