Carle Health is seeking a full-time BE/BC Developmental Behavioral Pediatrician to join our established practice at our Curtis location in Champaign, Illinois. The position offers an opportunity to work within an established sleep program and a pediatric department with over 20 physicians. The pediatric subspecialists include Pediatric Anesthesiology, Pediatric Radiology, Pediatric Emergency Medicine, Pediatric Orthopedics, Neonatology, Genetics, Gastroenterology, Endocrinology, Neurology, Critical Care, Surgery, Hematology, Rheumatology, Urology, Cardiology, and Pulmonology. The practice also has an established Pediatric Hospitalist service and Pediatric ICU service, along with 4 Child Psychologists and 3 Child Psychiatrists on staff. A 24-hour telephone nurse advisory system is in place to help ease demands of call. There are multidisciplinary clinics including the Child Diagnostic Clinic and the Neonatal Neurodevelopmental Follow-up Clinic. Additionally, there is an opportunity for research and/or academic affiliation with the Carle Illinois College of Medicine, the nation's first medical school focused at the intersection of healthcare and engineering.
