About The Position
Under general supervision, the Development Review Technician provides technical and clerical work for the Permitting and Business Tax Receipt programs within the Planning & Development Department. Development Review Technicians provide customer service in our Code Compliance Division, our Development Service Center, and public relations pertaining to construction and city development. After an initial training period of a minimum of six (6) months and successful completion of position competencies, a Development Review Technician (DRT) may be eligible for a Development Review Technician II position. This recruitment is for the Planning and Development Department in the Code Compliance division.
