About The Position
The position is suitable for students with basic foundational knowledge and little to no practical experience, ideal for freshmen or sophomores who have completed only introductory courses. The role provides PCC Management with metrics, guest insights, and market-driven recommendations to aid in strategic and operational decision-making. The employee will work as a field researcher and participate in data analysis and data collection projects. They will report to the Research Project Coordinator concerning the program of research projects, coordinate and conduct guest satisfaction research studies on PCC products and services, analyze guest surveys, and communicate results to PCC Management. Additionally, the employee will assist in managing Python, R, Domo, Axper cameras, Perception Analysis, and computer hardware in the office, and attend staff meetings and kokua meetings.
