About The Position

Develop annual business plans for executing department strategies based on understanding the company's strategy and business objectives (provide input in developing department strategies) manage KPI (Key Performance Index) to reach procurement goals, and direct innovation and operation of procurement organizations. Role and Responsibilities 1. Implement purchasing strategy for local parts 2. Increase the local spend based on the Cost Analysis (in order to improve the cost of the product) Reduce import spend to increase proportion of spend locally based on cost analysis 3. Plan yearly negotiations with local suppliers 4. Develop and reach KPI goals and establish counter measures by reviewing and monitoring KPI performance 5. Review the team's performance and give regular feedback to team members 6. Review the status of new model development & review price contracts with the team #LI-ONSITE Skills and Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering and/or equivalent experience or evidence of exceptional ability. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering and/or equivalent experience or evidence of exceptional ability.
