Solid expertise in object-oriented design, multithreading, and enterprise application development. Architecture, Analysis & Design Demonstrated ability to lead system analysis, architecture design, and technical decision-making for complex enterprise systems. Expertise in software design patterns, domain-driven design (DDD), and SOLID principles. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions. Experience reviewing and improving existing system architectures for performance, reliability, and scalability. Leadership & Collaboration Act as a technical leader and mentor, guiding senior and junior engineers. Drive coding standards, best practices, and technical excellence across teams. Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals. Lead design reviews, code reviews, and architectural discussions. Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior or principal engineering role. Experience working in agile environments and delivering large-scale, production-grade systems. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
