About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working in CRMs.
  • Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in personal computer use, word-processing, spreadsheet applications, and database applications.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in developing funding growth for the region through data analysis, systems training, and reporting.
  • Administer the region's municipal campaign and ensure data hygiene.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for community inquiries via phone and written correspondence.
  • Support Red Cross volunteers within the regional development team.
  • Identify needed adjustments and linking requests to support revenue accuracy and fundraiser credit.
  • Provide data and reports for operational reviews and performance monitoring.
  • Coordinate gift processing and ensure accurate execution of check processing and bundling procedures.
  • Update data hygiene by creating new accounts, requesting merges, and making necessary updates.
  • Support portfolio updates as defined by leadership, including transferring accounts and ensuring accurate role representation.
  • Monitor upcoming and past due solicitations and gifts, sharing information for data updates.
  • Assist with onboarding new fundraisers and serve as a systems trainer for new hires and volunteers.
  • Provide ongoing user training on new functionality and changes in the system.
  • Serve as a liaison to key national contacts for data systems and gift processing as needed.
  • Support tracking of large budgeted monthly gifts for revenue forecasting.
