The Development Operations Manager at the Irish Arts Center (IAC) is responsible for overseeing the financial and CRM operations of the development department, utilizing the Tessitura database system. This role involves managing gift entry procedures, ensuring data integrity, and supporting the Director of Development in cultivating donor relationships and managing the donor pipeline. The position is integral to the organization's fundraising efforts and requires collaboration with various teams to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Oversee all development gift entry procedures.
  • Generate reports, pull lists, and perform basic data analytics in Tessitura.
  • Ensure customer and financial data integrity, including cleanup and reconciliation.
  • Execute batch posting and accounting reporting, serving as the accounting point of contact.
  • Generate tax receipts for all donations and maintain acknowledgment processes.
  • Manage Adyen reconciliation and chargeback issues.
  • Create TNEW website pages for all development transaction pages.
  • Collaborate with the Tessitura Steering Committee to maintain and improve data processes.
  • Oversee fiscal changeover procedures in the database in collaboration with the Ticketing and Marketing Data Manager.
  • Build out annual GL codes in the database with the Ticketing and Marketing Data Manager.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Tessitura support teams.
  • Support the Director of Development in managing the donor pipeline across all revenue lines.
  • Project manage reporting processes and deliver regular development reports and analytics.
  • Assist the events team with event data, including financial fundraising reporting and attendance.
  • Maintain collections processes for the development department across annual and campaign pledges.
  • Prepare payment requests for the development department.
  • Provide ad hoc data support to the Director of Development.
  • Maintain and update the development department webpage.
  • Three years of experience with a CRM, ticketing software, Tessitura, or another comparable database tool.
  • Ability to remain focused on essential goals and prioritize tasks in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience working within a database.
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
