WaterAid America is looking for a fundraising operations professional to help manage fundraising data, platforms and systems that, together, ensure the integrity of WaterAid’s donor data in the CRM and smooth day-to-day administration of WaterAid’s development operations. To support an ambitious and fast-moving Development & Communications team, the successful candidate is someone who brings accuracy and precision to managing data and fundraising results, and who can pair a supportive approach with close attention to detail and follow-through. As part of a hybrid fundraising team, the Coordinator must also be an effective communicator, with strong interpersonal skills to be able to effectively prioritize conflicting needs and deadlines and build trust and strong working relationships across our organization.
