About The Position

This job will be responsible for building significant immediate and long-term financial support for CMC by identifying, cultivating and soliciting individuals, foundations, corporations and organizations, as assigned. The ability to establish, advance and steward relationships is a key requirement of the job.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years related experience Preferred
  • Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Required

Responsibilities

  • Manage and direct a portfolio of donors and donor prospects for solicitation of gifts, sponsorships or planned gifts
  • Develop new relationships
  • Advance existing relationships
  • Steward existing donors and sponsors
  • Communicate well with development team and leadership
  • Establish a team effort in fundraising to the benefit of the Foundation
  • Document and maintain accurate records in RE
