Responsibilities

  • Focus on acquisition, retention, and reacquisition of prospects ($1,000 - $24,999) in the assigned region with a primary focus on unrestricted giving.
  • Qualify and cultivate donors with the goal of increasing the donor’s support to leadership and major gift levels.
  • Work closely with all levels of development officers in the division to ensure short and long-term fundraising success.
  • This role will be assigned to at least one Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) in the division with travel expectations of 50%.
  • Help to create and foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork that celebrates outcomes, builds individual and team capacity, and ensures that WashU UA is a preferred workplace.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
