Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related field and 60 months of experience in the job offered or in a Development Manager-related occupation.
- Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a Development Manager-related occupation.
- Site analysis, feasibility studies, and due diligence for new development projects, including zoning, environmental impact, and land use considerations
- Architectural and technical drawings management, rendering coordination, specifications and detailing reviews
- Development and management of detailed project budgets and schedules
- Detailed space plans, tenant improvement budgets, and lead construction processes including: material selection, cost estimating, contracts execution, and cost monitoring
- Rhino and/or Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, ArcGIS mapping for urban design and planning, and data visualization
- Sports Operations and Venue Design
Responsibilities
- Lead and/or assist in the development of project deliverables, research, and collateral.
- Identify and escalate critical issues to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Build and maintain external relationships with major stakeholders on the assigned project.
- Foster a collaborative environment amongst both internal and external project team members, communicating proactively to ensure all workstreams are coordinated in their execution.
- Manage overall project schedule and status for an assigned development, coordinating closely with Marquee executive leadership, and other project team members to ensure appropriate allocation of internal resources and the timely execution of critical project milestones.
- Up to 20% domestic travel.
