We are looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Lead to take full ownership of the engineering behind our Loyalty applications. This is a unique, high-impact role with a dual mission: you will be responsible for the stability and enhancement of our current, business-critical loyalty platform while simultaneously architecting and executing the technical roadmap to modernize it. You will be the visionary and the technical authority, guiding a talented team to build a next-generation loyalty experience that is scalable, personalized, and ready for the future.
