The development intern will contribute to the development department in one or more of the following areas of software development: mobile application development, desktop application development, web application development, and user experience development. They will be an active participant of a development team and will be assisting with the testing, debugging, and documenting of the software. They will receive technical training to perform his/her responsibilities and gain valuable insights into the process of developing software for the healthcare industry.

Requirements

Enrollment in a College or University with a Computer Science Degree or similar

Responsibilities

The selected intern will be a participant in the design and development of healthcare applications. Responsibilities will include one or more of the following:
Assist in the conversion of QC to all API calls; test against the client database; regression testing
Pushing data rather than pulling data in our Analytics tool
Participate in the testing, documentation, and debugging of mobile, desktop, web, and/or user experience solutions.
Help enhance systems to monitor the operating efficiency of new or existing applications.
Demonstrate the application functionality as it is developed to the product owner.
Assist in developing detailed design specifications.
Participate in the resolution of customer inquiries.
