Development Engineer III - Wet Coatings

The position involves designing individual process equipment to enable thin film wet coating, transferring new wet coating processes from lab to high-volume manufacturing scale, troubleshooting the equipment, and introducing hardware upgrades to improve functionality. The role also includes developing gravure roll coating processes and formulations for photovoltaic devices on glass panels for improved performance, cost reduction, and new product designs, as well as designing, executing, and analyzing screening and optimization experiments.
