We are hiring a Development Director in the Houston Bay Area. This position will focus on establishing relationships with corporate partners, donors, volunteer leaders, and community members. As an integral member of the team, the director is responsible for identifying and cultivating potential donors with a goal of securing between $500,000 and $1,000,000 annually from individuals and corporations. Additionally, this position will coordinate both small and large fundraising events, securing donations from individuals and corporations. The ideal candidate will live in the Bay Area. This is a home-office-based position and requires frequent travel within the Bay Area. This position requires local travel approximately 75% of the time and includes early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends, depending on the needs of the community supporters. We have a fast-paced sales environment with the primary responsibility of driving revenue in support of our mission. We offer a base salary with the potential to earn an incentive up to 25% of your base pay. The potential incentive is based on achieving certain revenue targets and triggers.
