This position reports to the Director of Development and serves on the Development team. This individual is responsible for executing special events which includes but is not limited to: recruiting and managing committees, meeting sponsorship/fundraising goals, handling event logistics, and creating communication materials related to events. The Development Director will collaborate with the Director of Development to develop strategies and implement tactics to increase event support that further the mission and advance the goals of Greater St. Louis Area Scouting.
