About The Position
The Development Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the Office of Development by assisting in the implementation of financial stewardship programs for parishes and the diocese. This position focuses on enhancing financial giving through various programs, including the Bishop's Lenten Appeal, the Parish Offertory Program, and the Diocese of Arlington Scholarship Foundation. The Development Associate will provide direct support to parish staff and donors, manage communications, and coordinate events to foster a culture of giving within the community.
