About The Position

The Development Associate II position at Eastridge Workforce Solutions involves conducting experiments and process development for a global manufacturer of diagnostic healthcare products. Requirements

  • BS/BA in life sciences, chemistry, or related field with 2-5 years of experience, OR MA/MS in life sciences or chemistry with 0-2 years of experience.
  • Background in chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology, virology, immunology, or related fields.
  • Expertise in assay and process development, statistical design, and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools in chemistry, biochemistry, or immunoassay development.
  • Knowledge of GMP and ISO 13485 quality system regulations (preferred).
  • Proficiency in training others and participating in cross-functional technology transfers.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with graphing software, word processing, and email tools.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and conduct experiments, validation protocols, and process development.
  • Analyze experimental data, draw conclusions, and provide recommendations.
  • Address and resolve product performance challenges.
  • Develop documentation for research, validations, and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain detailed project records and laboratory notebooks per regulatory standards.
  • Assist in the creation of raw material, in-process, and product specifications.
  • Develop QC standards, test methods, and support technology transfers.
  • Perform data analysis and present findings through experimental reports.
  • Collaborate effectively within team environments, maintaining clear communication.
  • Support troubleshooting and problem-solving activities under supervision.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and company policies.
