WinnCompanies is looking for a Development Asset Management Analyst to join our Corporate Office located in Boston, MA. In this role, you will have the primary responsibility of working with the Vice President of Development Asset Management on various analytical projects that ensure the effective execution of key residential real estate development performance metrics. This entails being integrally involved in all phases of the development, which includes the initial offer through the stages of acquisition, construction, cost certification and stabilization. The Development Asset Management Analyst also takes lead on identifying and implementing business initiatives focused on development team efficiency and effectiveness improvements. Please note that this is a hybrid position which work schedule consists of: Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
