About The Position

J Street is seeking undergraduate students, graduate students, or recent graduates as Interns for the 2025 Fall Semester. There are opportunities in multiple locations as well as remote. This Internship is an excellent opportunity to understand and get involved in J Street's work. This is an exciting opportunity to learn outreach, research and events skills as well as to deepen one's knowledge of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. This position is ideal for applicants interested in non-profit work or political advocacy.

Requirements

  • A strong commitment to J Street's pro-Israel, pro-peace, diplomacy-first mission
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently as well as in a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google suite
  • Eager to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • A positive attitude

Nice To Haves

  • experience with Salesforce database management and Excel a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with logistics and outreach for advocacy events
  • Researching potential new donors and supporters
  • Updating and managing databases
  • Making phone calls / writing emails to supporters and new activists
  • Other tasks as needed
