About The Position
We are seeking a .Net Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on .Net FSD, including expertise in entity framework, PLSQL, SQL Server, .NET Core, and web services. The ideal candidate will also have secondary skills in Angular. This role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience and involves coordinating and driving goals set collectively as per Lean-Agile methodologies. The candidate will work closely with teams in the Agile Release Train (ART) to prioritize features for each Program Increment (PI) planning cycle. Responsibilities include organizing and driving SAFe events, collaborating with the Product Owner and Scrum Master, and ensuring a healthy Product Backlog. The role also involves managing changes to the ART's PI plan, driving cross-team collaboration, conducting code reviews, and fostering open communication among teams and stakeholders.
