About The Position

We are seeking a Tableau BI Developer with 8-12 years of experience in Business Intelligence tools, particularly Tableau and Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Tableau, along with knowledge of Power BI and data visualization skills. A solid understanding of data analysis, familiarity with databases such as Postgres, SQL, and AWS Athena is essential. The candidate should be able to analyze complex data sets and write SQL queries for data extraction and optimization. Additionally, the role involves implementing best practices on dashboards and staying updated with Tableau advancements. Experience with data modeling and understanding database structures is required, along with experience working with Annuity insurance data. Familiarity with Agile methodology and using JIRA is preferred. The candidate should also possess skills in data storytelling, UX design, business acumen, communication, collaboration, ownership, and accountability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with BI tools like Tableau and Power BI
• Proficiency in Tableau and knowledge in Power BI
