We are seeking a senior Java Developer with over 10 years of experience, preferably in the financial industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java8, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Restful Web Services. This role requires expertise in all phases of the software development life cycle, including requirement analysis, prototyping, design, development, testing, debugging, and production support. The candidate should have a proven track record of successfully architecting, designing, and developing a wide range of solutions in Telecom, Banking, and Payroll domains. Experience with Agile Scrum and Waterfall development methodologies is essential, along with full project lifecycle experience. The candidate should also be adept at debugging and troubleshooting existing code quickly, leveraging responsive web frameworks to consistently complete product deliverables ahead of schedule. Strong communication, problem-solving, and planning skills are necessary, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Additionally, experience in fully automated continuous integration, continuous delivery/deployment pipelines, and the DevOps process is required.
