We are seeking a Nashville, Tennessee-based Software Developer to join our DCSS Technology-Nashville department in Global Technology & Operations Team. The DCSS Technology-Nashville department supports the core businesses and business functions of AB, focusing on developing and maintaining web-based applications that enable the prospecting of new clients and the servicing of existing clients, particularly for our US Retail teams. What You’ll Do: Responsible for designing and developing software that will be used by the Client Group, including but not limited to: API Development in C#, web development using a combination of C#, ASP.Net MVC, JavaScript, Svelte, HTML and CSS. This candidate will focus on the development of web application that enables the prospecting of new clients and the servicing of existing clients for our US Retail teams. The role supports the development and maintenance of web-based applications, data pipelines, and continuous improvement of data quality, resiliency, control, efficiency, and monitoring. What We’re Looking For: Candidate will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and maintaining robust modern web-based software for the Client Group. Candidate will also instill best practices for software development and documentation, ensure designs meet requirements, deliver high-quality code, and pro-actively seek out and learn new technologies. The individual will build relationships with existing internal and external impacted teams to better understand needs and communicate change management.
