We’ve built a culture where excellence isn’t a grind; it’s the entire game. As a fully remote, 150+ person team, we empower individuals with autonomy, trust, and support to do their best work. We move fast without sacrificing quality, care deeply about outcomes, and celebrate wins along the way. With 100% employer-paid health insurance, unlimited PTO plus monthly wellness days, a 3% SIMPLE IRA match, and a values-driven culture focused on growth and collaboration, we’ve created a place where high standards meet high fulfillment. If you take pride in producing quality work and want to collaborate with people who are exceptionally good at what they do, you’ll feel at home here. About the Role To support our growing Development team, we’re hiring a Developer who can build high-performance law firm websites using our WordPress theme, independently handle client requests, site maintenance, and feature implementation across a large portfolio of websites. This role is ideal for a developer who is comfortable working across different WordPress architectures, understands how front-end and back-end decisions impact performance and UX, and can execute tasks with minimal oversight. While you’ll continue to grow technically, this role is not entry-level—you’re expected to bring solid judgment, reliability, and the ability to own work from start to finish.
