Auxiant is currently looking for a candidate to fill a Developer position. Person in this position leads a group of developers through the entire project life cycle, designs the high-level structure of software systems, makes key decisions about technology, components, and scalability to ensure the solution meets project requirements and business needs.

Requirements

Proficiency in web development technologies, such as PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Familiarity with database design and development with strong focus on scalability and high availability (MySQL).
Experience with source control systems and version control
Working knowledge of containerized, distributed environments (Docker/Kubernetes)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience is required
2-3 years of experience managing projects from scoping to completion across departments required
5-7 years of software development and coding experience required

Responsibilities

Working with stakeholders during requirement gathering phase to fully understand business and products requirements.
Overseeing, coordinating and approving work scope to be executed by the team
Delegating work to developers
Communicating with team leads, stakeholders, other teams and their members on all aspects of projects under development.
Developing clean, scalable and efficient code
Working with team lead on implementing new technologies and proofs of concept
Maintaining code and procedures documentation for their projects
Provides strong leadership to the team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Participates in training of new team members.
