About The Position

Developer Senior Location: Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location at 2505 N Hwy 360, Suite 300, Grand Prairie, TX 75050. This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm The Developer Senior is responsible for maintaining active relationships with customers to determine business requirements. How You Will Make an Impact: Collaborate with engineers and graphic designers, analyze and classify complex change request and review and evaluate possible enhancements. Work with development team to develop and define application scope and objectives and prepare functional and/or technical specifications. Analyze and evaluate detailed business and technical requirements. Code and maintain complex components of information systems. Mentor others on coding standards and performs code reviews. Develop and perform system testing and fix defects identified during testing and re-executes unit tests to validate results. Aid in integrating activities with other IT departments for successful implementation and support of project efforts. Provide on call support and monitor the system and identify system deficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study.
• Three (3) years of experience in any occupation with Information Technology (IT) experience, or related.
• Three (3) years of required Information Technology (IT), or related experience must include: RPA based Automation, primarily using UlPath Technology; Translating manual process and design automated process; Design and technical documentation; Managing day to day operations of multiple automation workflows, including sustaining and upgrading them; Conducting programming and database queries in one of the following technologies: .NET, Java, Oracle, or SQL server; Guiding and leading other developers on building and maintaining automation.
• Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study and one (1) year of experience in any occupation with Information Technology (IT) experience, or related. Must have skills listed above.
