The mission for this role is to define the strategy and lead the developer ecosystem for PolyAI's new Developer Platform. This includes creating world-class technical content, nurturing a vibrant community of AI builders, and acting as the primary advocate for external developers integrating with their APIs and agent-building tools. PolyAI is looking for an impact-driven and technical Developer Relations Manager to own the developer journey, driving platform adoption, and establishing PolyAI as the premier destination for Conversational AI developers. This role will lead technical advocacy, mentor builders, and align closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams, translating frontier Agentic AI into intuitive, well-documented, and scalable developer resources.
