About The Position

We're the team behind Latent Diffusion, Stable Diffusion, and FLUX—foundational technologies that changed how the world creates images and video. We’re creating the generative models that power how people make images and video—tools used by millions of creators, developers, and businesses worldwide. Our FLUX models are among the most advanced in the world, and we're just getting started. Headquartered in Freiburg, Germany with a growing presence in San Francisco, we're scaling fast while staying true to what makes us different: research excellence, open science, and building technology that expands human creativity. Why This Role FLUX models have been downloaded hundreds of millions of times - but most developers still discover them through community content, not from BFL. The best models in the world won't win alone if developers don't know how to use them, can't find good examples, and never meet anyone from the team. This role owns that entire surface: the content, the docs, the community, the events, the open-source projects that show what's possible. You'll be the reason developers go from "I've heard of FLUX" to "I'm building with it." This is a high-impact role with significant visibility. You'll work directly with our DevRel, Growth and Marketing team as well as the research team to shape how developers discover, learn, and succeed with FLUX. You'll spend most of your time creating - videos, docs, tutorials, demos - and engaging directly with our community. For the role in San Francisco - you'll build our local presence in the SF developer community while growing our reach online. The combination matters - we want someone who can run a hackathon on Tuesday and have the video tutorial live by Friday.
