Developer Manager
About The Position
iClassPro, Inc. is seeking a Developer Manager to lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of talented developers. This role involves driving the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions, collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to define strategy, and ensuring cohesive, cross-functional execution. The manager will foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement, and ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and agile methodologies. They will also manage project timelines, priorities, and team performance. iClassPro, Inc. produces the world’s leading class management software solution for children’s activity centers and partnered with a large summer camp to create iCampPro. They offer powerful, versatile platforms with modern, intuitive design that’s easy to learn and use.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years' experience in software development
- Minimum 2 years' experience in team leadership
- Strong technical background with strong knowledge of PHP, Laravel, React, or similar
- Experience with modern development frameworks and cloud platforms
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Passion for mentoring and developing engineers
- Change advocate who thrives in a fast-paced environment
