Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance of effective 24-7 plant operations with rotating on-call schedule, escalation paths, and emergency response plans
• Adhering to monthly KPI targets and managing Technical Penalty SLA misses
• Making sure team updating ticket on time and providing RCA on time
• Good Team Handling Skills
• Prioritize and schedule calls with technical team members to investigate the actual cause of the issue
