About The Position

Insight is currently recruiting for our 2026 Summer Internship! We’re seeking enthusiastic and talented college juniors with a graduation date of either December 2026 or May 2027 to join our 10-week, full-time, paid internship program, starting June 1, 2026. As a Developer Intern, you will get to: AI development in the InsightGPT platform, create new AI products for use at Insight, improve/test the AI models in use at Insight, support the maintenance and enhancement of existing software systems, research and implement new technologies to improve software performance, document code changes and updates for future reference, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study
• Graduating in December 2025 or May 2026
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and trends
• Python/C# development
• Exposure to Generative AI
• Proficiency in Excel
• Attention to detail
• External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• AI development in the InsightGPT platform
• Create new AI products for use at Insight
• Improve/test the AI models in use at Insight
• Support the maintenance and enhancement of existing software systems
• Research and implement new technologies to improve software performance
• Document code changes and updates for future reference
• Other duties as assigned
