About The Position

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Developer II, Application Systems. The Developer II, Application Systems ensures efforts are aligned with IT Enterprise Services to support customer-focused objectives and the IT Vision, a collaborative partner delivering innovative ideas, solutions and services to simplify people’s lives. This role is responsible for development support, design, programming and implementation of custom processes within the framework of various enterprise systems using Microsoft Power Platform to enable Robotic Process Automation. This role will also drive citizen development with the application framework. This role will work directly with business users to develop requirements ensuring the business needs are met.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in the field of Computer Science or equivalent work experience in RPA Automation required.
  • 5 years' relevant work experience preferred.
  • Professional experience focused on business analysis cultivating innovation and leading process automation preferred.
  • Technical experience in .NET, HTML, JavaScript, and advanced automation tools (OCR, IDP, AI/ML, Python) preferred.
  • Advanced professional experience with Microsoft Power Platform preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft/Oracle database concepts preferred.
  • Working knowledge of process automation preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Agile Project Methodology preferred.
  • Solid understanding of audit controls, logging mechanisms, and error-handling techniques to ensure bots meet both business and compliance standards preferred.
  • Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information preferred.
  • Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws; including SSAE16, HIPPA, and URAC preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive technical assistance and document configuration to support processes.
  • Work independently to understand and document business needs.
  • Work with additional functional teams to ensure optimal operations of application development.
  • Support change control and testing processes for modifications to application systems.
  • Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches to business needs.
  • Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of custom processes.
  • Provide backup administration support to other ASA teammates.
  • Provide after-hours support.
  • Participate in, adhere to and support compliance and diversity, equity, and inclusion program objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned.
