The Developer I (IFS, SQL, ERP applications) position offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to multiple programming languages, participate on significant projects, and benefit from Experitec resources. The Developer I will collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to gain a deeper understanding of IFS Cloud, Oracle/PLSQL programming and more!   • Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of IFS ERP applications while ensuring seamless integration with business processes.
  • Customize IFS solutions, develop basic database queries, and enhance system functionality.
  • Learn to implement lobby design, custom fields, projections, and integrations to enhance user experience.
  • Support customization of IFS Cloud interfaces under the guidance of senior developers and business partners.
  • Develop and optimize PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
  • Analyze and debug IFS-related issues, including basic troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and experienced developers to build knowledge.
  • Bachelor's degree OR associate's degree with two or more years of relevant experience OR high school diploma with four or more years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook email, and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work hybrid schedule at one of our three major offices (Lenexa, KS, Chesterfield, MO, and Bartlett, TN).
  • Experience writing scripts for applications and operating systems, debugging existing scripts, and providing first-level support to solve a range of IT issues.
  • Basic understanding of Windows and Windows Server environments.
  • Familiarity with ERP modules, data management, system implementation, and customization to meet specific business needs.
  • Strong knowledge of general database structures.
  • Ability to proactively identify business needs and troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering, Information Systems, or similar discipline.
  • One or more years of experience collaborating with end users to solve day-to-day business needs.
  • Two or more years of experience with Power BI.
  • Two or more years of experience with Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) and Code Editors including, Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code.
  • Two or more years of experience with Programming Languages, Database Management Systems, and Query languages, including, C#, VB (Visual Basic), Python, Power Shell, SQL, T-SQL, and PL/SQL.
