About The Position

Fidelity National Financial - Florida Agency is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Developer Escrow Assistant to support our Developer Escrow Services Department in Sunrise, Florida. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills. This role involves working closely with attorneys, developers and agents on large condominium commercial projects across the state. The position is versatile and offers a great opportunity to grow within the department.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work in the Sunrise, Florida office.
• Address inquiries from internal counsel and other departments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, professional, and committed to high-quality work.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Soft-Pro a plus.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receipt and track incoming wires and checks.
• Send notice of deposits to developers.
• Track closing statements.
• Send out weekly developer reports.
• Send monthly bank statements.
• Developer inquiries.
