RTX Corporation is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Software Developer to join our team.   • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, C#, Python, or similar.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Internship or project experience in software development.
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Experience with web development frameworks and tools.
  • Familiarity with databases and SQL.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles.
  • Experience with SAFe Agile methodology is a plus.
