About The Position

Infragistics provides world-class tools and solutions that accelerate application design, development, and foster seamless team collaboration. Reveal BI is our cutting-edge, embedded self-service Business Intelligence (BI) solution. We're looking for a Developer Advocate to join our growing Reveal Embedded Analytics team at Infragistics. In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, helping them successfully evaluate, adopt, and integrate the Reveal SDK into their applications. You will play a critical role in the sales process, acting as a bridge between our customers, sales engineers, and product teams-ensuring a smooth technical journey from demo to deployment. While this role carries the title "Advocate," it leans more toward presales enablement, solution engineering, and technical onboarding, rather than traditional community-building. Your north star will be customer success through hands-on advocacy, not follower counts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development, sales engineering, or technical evangelism-ideally in developer tooling or data/BI products.
• Strong working knowledge of modern development stacks (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, ASP.NET, React, Angular, Node, etc.).
• Experience with REST APIs, authentication flows, and embedding SDKs.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills-you can explain complex technical concepts clearly and convincingly.
• Passion for helping others succeed and solving real-world integration challenges.

Nice To Haves

• Background in embedded analytics, BI, or data visualization.
• Experience working directly with sales teams on technical sales cycles.
• Familiarity with modern CI/CD workflows and deployment models (cloud, on-prem, hybrid).
• Experience working with developer-focused companies like Microsoft, GitHub, Twilio, or Segment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compelling technical demos, webinars, and proof-of-concept projects tailored to customer needs.
• Partner with the sales team to understand customer pain points and articulate how Reveal solves them.
• Build and maintain code samples, starter kits, and demo apps to accelerate customer onboarding.
• Support evaluations and pilot programs by answering in-depth technical questions about embedding, data connectors, customizations, security, and performance.
• Help new and existing customers implement Reveal in their environments through consultative guidance.
• Create enablement content like how-to guides, integration tutorials, and best practice playbooks.
• Provide technical support during early-stage adoption and be the customer's voice internally to improve their experience.
• Share insights from the field with product managers and engineering to help prioritize roadmap features.
• Advocate for developer needs based on first-hand customer interactions.
