About The Position

The DevSecOps Engineer will support the development of the Wideband Global Satellite Communications (WGS SATCOM) Global SATCOM Configuration Control Element (GSCCE). This role focuses on designing and implementing solutions for building, testing, and deploying containerized microservices, ensuring automated deployment and testing in both cloud and on-premises environments.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET security clearance (requires U.S. Citizenship).

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) operations in multiple cloud service environments.
• Support software quality efforts associated with product deliveries.
• Conduct ongoing lifecycle maintenance of the DevSecOps toolchain.
• Implement upgrades to the software factory as needed.
• Conduct automated system testing, integration, and deployment using DevSecOps tools and methods.
• Recommend and implement upgrades and modifications to DevSecOps workflows and tools/products.
