Senior DevOps Engineer with 10-15 years of experience in designing, deploying, and managing cloud and on-premise infrastructure. This role involves leading infrastructure automation, driving cloud adoption strategies, and mentoring junior engineers. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Kubernetes, Kafka, Hazelcast, ELK, Prometheus, and strong networking skills.

  • Manage and resolve issues on Kubernetes clusters on AWS, Vanilla Kubernetes.
  • Optimize performance in cloud and on-prem environments.
  • Help in sizing of cluster for the Hive.
  • Help team in setting up Scaling using HPA/KEDA.
  • Integrate with enterprise-grade monitoring using Prometheus, ELK, and custom alerting solutions.
  • Oversee the deployment of Kafka, Hazelcast, and ELK on cloud and on-prem environments.
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives.
  • Lead data center migration and hybrid cloud adoption strategies.
  • Mentor developers and provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams.
  • Interacting with the technical team to ensure that the requirements are clear and well understood.
  • Work with the delivery / implementation teams to provide domain inputs and to ensure delivery and implementation of the proposed solution into Solution Design and Implementation methodologies.
  • Ensure adherence to standardized cloud and infrastructure deployment processes, optimizing automation, security and scalability.
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
  • Interface with business stakeholders for requirements management, prioritization and documentation.
  • Translate Product and business requirements into Solution Design and Technical Design artifacts.
  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.

  • Lead to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank's Conduct Principles.

  • Serve as a Director of the Board.
  • Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association.
  • 10-15 years of experience in DevOps and cloud infrastructure management.
  • Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Kafka, Hazelcast, ELK, Prometheus.
  • Strong networking skills.
  • Experience with AWS / Azure Services, Linux.
  • Proficiency in monitoring tools such as Prometheus, CloudWatch, Grafana.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages like Python/Shell.
  • Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL / Oracle.
  • Understanding of security practices including Vulnerability and Patch Management, Network segmentation, IDS and IPS.
  • Certifications in AWS solutions architect, CKAD/CKA, or Azure certifications preferred.
