  • Manage and optimize Rancher Kubernetes clusters across development and production environments.
  • Deploy and maintain applications using Helm charts with Fleet and ArgoCD GitOps workflows.
  • Maintain and optimize Sonatype Nexus artifact repository management.
  • Implement and enhance monitoring solutions using Prometheus and Grafana stack.
  • Support CI/CD pipeline development and optimization using GitLab.
  • Provide infrastructure automation and configuration management.
  • Support software development teams with cloud-native application deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure provisioning and deployment automation.
  • Maintain security standards and compliance across all environments.
  • Participate in incident response and system reliability improvements.
  • Monitoring, incident response, and infrastructure stability.
  • Infrastructure provisioning and resource optimization.
  • Drive next-level innovation in Product Development to support our mission-critical infrastructure.
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where execution is key.
  • Leverage cutting-edge technology and sustainable design principles to create world-class solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, OR equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years hands-on experience with Kubernetes cluster management and operations.
  • 2+ years experience with GitOps workflows using ArgoCD or similar tools.
  • 2+ years experience with Helm chart development and deployment.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipeline design and implementation.
  • Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management.
  • Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerization technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of Helm charts and package management.
  • Experience with Prometheus and Grafana monitoring stack.
  • Proficiency with GitLab CI/CD and version control workflows.
  • Knowledge of artifact repository management (Nexus or similar).
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar).
  • Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, agile development environment.
  • On-call availability for critical infrastructure support.
