About The Position

We're seeking a talented Systems Administrator/DevOps Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our innovative IoT platform. You will work with the latest cloud-based systems across multiple projects and clients, guiding the direction of our new IoT platform from the ground up. Your focus will be on implementing automation and proactive monitoring solutions that drive excellence, all while collaborating cross-functionally as an integral part of our team to deliver superior customer service.

Requirements

• B.S. in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent
• 2-4+ years managing enterprise-level infrastructure
• 2-4+ years deploying sophisticated web applications
• Experience with AWS ecosystem (CloudWatch, S3, API Gateway, CloudFormation, CloudFront, IoT Core, Lambda, Cognito)
• Proficiency with automated build and deployment tools (Gradle, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Git, Jenkins, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day systems administration and manage the lifecycle of our IoT infrastructure
• Utilize and expand your DevOps toolset to automate and optimize infrastructure
• Enhance and develop our systems architecture while implementing extensive monitoring services
• Work closely with development teams to ensure clean, error-free deployments
• Provide Level 2 end-user support and manage disaster recovery planning and testing
